* Provide first-level engineering support and resolve the majority of reported web-application issues
 * Perform development tasks for the enhancement of existing applications as well as new applications
 * Wage war on defects and destroy technical debt

 * The front-end is powered by JavaScript and PHP
 * The back-end is powered by C# and MySQL
 * Issue management is handled via Jira
 * Our source code repository is Git
 * Automated feature testing is done with WebdriverIO
 * We use the Agile methodology (Scrum) for development
