You will report to the Director of IT Operations and collaborate closely with our DevOps, SRE, Security, and Engineering teams. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the center of HFD's infrastructure reliability and delivery velocity., * 7+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles * Strong hands-on expertise with Azure Cloud services (App Services, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Azure Identity, etc.) * Comfortable working in a Hybrid Cloud environment. (Cloud and "On-prem" Data Center) * Expertise in Terraform/terragrunt for infrastructure-as-code. * Expertise with Kubernetes clusters, and containerization both in the cloud and on-prem. * Advanced knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO), CI/CD pipeline design, Helm charts, Ansible and automation * Experience with scripting languages: PowerShell, Python, and/or Bash * Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools including Datadog and Azure Monitor * Strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment * Ability to pay close attention to detail and be self-motivated * Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment * Beginner / Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft excel Preferred Qualifications: * Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification * Exposure or moderate experience with .net environments preferred. * Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS or GCP) * Familiarity with PCI DSS compliance requirements and cloud security frameworks * Knowledge of DORA metrics and deployment/release management practices * Experience with PagerDuty or similar incident management platforms ## Description values in all that you do?
