This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment., * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). * 7+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure roles. * Proficiency in both Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) environments. * Proven experience in data center design, build-out, and operations. * Strong knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik). * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/AWS GovCloud, Azure, or GCP. * Familiarity with enterprise storage solutions (e.g., NetApp, Dell EMC, Ceph). * Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). * Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python). * Understanding of networking fundamentals and integration with infrastructure systems. * Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure., * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer * Occasional standing and walking within the office * Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment * Visual acuity to read screens, documents, and reports * Occasional reaching, bending, or stooping to access file drawers, cabinets, or office supplies * Lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies, packages) ## Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Systems Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of our data center infrastructure.
