## About the Role

Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bacherlor´s Degree and 2-5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in U.S. payroll

 * Solid understanding of payroll processes, taxes, and deductions
 * Experience working with payroll systems (ADP, Workday, or similar HRIS)
 * Ability to review and validate payroll calculations
 * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
 * Comfortable working with vendors and cross-functional teams
 * Intermediate Excel skills

Nice to Have

 * Experience supporting payroll in Canada or LATAM
 * Exposure to multi-country or global payroll environments
 * ADP experience (WFN or similar)
 * Eagerness to learn and grow within global payroll

## Description

* Process bi-weekly payroll for U.S. and Canada employees
 * Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution, including deductions, taxes, and benefits
 * Validate payroll data and identify discrepancies or errors
 * Partner with external payroll vendors (ADP) to ensure accurate processing
 * Support payroll activities for additional regions such as Puerto Rico and LATAM
 * Assist with payroll reconciliations and quarterly tax reporting
 * Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues
 * Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations
 * Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
