## About the Role

Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Penmac Staffing is now hiring a full-time Technical Support Representative for a long-term opportunity with one of our trusted clients. This role is ideal for candidates with customer service and technical troubleshooting experience who enjoy helping others and solving problems in a fast-paced environment., * High school diploma or equivalent required

 * Previous experience in technical support, IT, or networking preferred
 * Comfortable using ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and diagnostic software
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
 * Experience supporting service providers or enterprise networks is a plus
 * Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check

## Description

* Provide excellent customer-focused technical support
 * Troubleshoot residential network and service issues
 * Create, update, and resolve trouble tickets in a timely manner
 * Monitor alarms, emails, and system notifications for customer issues
 * Communicate outages and service updates to customers and internal teams
 * Assist with after-hours monitoring of the command centre and dispatch security personnel as needed
 * Identify trends in customer concerns and report findings to management
