Your recruiter may be able to share more about our total rewards offerings and the specific salary range for the relevant location(s) during the hiring process. ## Description This role is a senior-level, hands-on digital design position responsible for owning significant portions of Oral-B's digital ecosystem across eCommerce, retail media, paid social, and owned digital channels. The Senior Designer partners closely with Design leadership, Media, DCom, and a dedicated Brand Franchise Owner (BFO) to translate brand strategy, innovation priorities, and portfolio direction into best-in-class digital execution at scale. This role sets the creative quality bar for Oral-B digital work, leads digital design execution end-to-end for key initiatives, and provides day-to-day guidance to Design Managers while remaining a strong individual contributor.
