## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Minimum 2 years' experience supporting the I/T needs for multiple locations

 * Customer 1st Mentality
 * Proficient with MS Office Suite of products, including Microsoft 365
 * Knowledge & working experience with Active Directory
 * Knowledge & working experience with Microsoft Windows O/S
 * Knowledge of network cabling
 * Cisco VoIP experience
 * Organized and Detail Oriented
 * A+ certification (additional I/T related certification is a plus)
 * BS degree with an I/T or business related major or equivalent work experience
 * Experience with Office365, working in a hybrid environment
 * Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders & maneuver in cramped IT closets
 * Strong written, verbal & interpersonal communications skills as well as an ability to work well independently & in a team environment.
 * Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel (locally or regionally)

## Description

* Support Center - respond to calls, emails & tickets to resolve end user issues through remote or hands-on support
 * Repair, rebuild, prepare & deploy new equipment as needed, including end user equipment such as computers & phones, as well as enterprise equipment such as firewalls, switches, access points & UPS units
 * Resolve dial tone & other phone system issues
 * Documentation - Inventory, Support Center, Hardware, Software
 * Support organization-wide Hikvision Camera System
 * Support organization-wide server-based Nurse & Emergency Call Systems
 * Collaborate with others to assess, design, implement, troubleshoot, monitor & improve the organization's network & technology as the organization grows
