## Description

The Technology Support Specialist provides on-site technical support for computer systems, network infrastructure, and instructional technology across the district. This role ensures seamless access to technology for staff and students while promoting effective integration into the classroom., * Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

 * Troubleshoot and repair devices (desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, iPads, printers, AV equipment)
 * Install, configure, and deploy new technology
 * Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of technology assets
 * Deliver training and support instructional technology integration
 * Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve issues
 * Manage support requests through a ticketing system
 * Assist with district technology planning and initiatives
