## About the Role

Do you have experience in Version control?, * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related technical field.

## Description

Voltage is seeking an entry-level Associate Design Engineer to support the design and development of Electrical Balance of System (EBOS) solutions for utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) projects. This role offers early-career engineers the opportunity to build technical skills in solar system design, code compliance, and manufacturing collaboration while working alongside experienced engineers in a global environment.

This position requires bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English, as the role partners closely with engineering and cross-functional teams in both the U.S. and China to support design coordination, technical communication, and project execution.

What You'll Do

 * Support EBOS design development for commercial and utility-scale solar projects.
 * Assist with engineering drawings, layouts, and bills of material using AutoCAD and internal tools.
 * Support preparation of quotes for cables, spare parts, and replacement components.
 * Review construction drawings, single-line diagrams, and project specifications with guidance from senior engineers.
 * Perform basic engineering calculations including conductor sizing, voltage drop, and system layouts.
 * Ensure designs align with NEC requirements and internal engineering standards.
 * Maintain engineering documentation and support version control of drawings and design records.
 * Provide technical support to Project Engineering, Sales, Quality, and Production teams.
 * Assist with technical documentation for proposals and customer deliverables.
 * Participate in design reviews and support design-for-manufacturability initiatives.
 * Support continuous improvement activities within the Engineering team.
