This role will be responsible for the administration, configuration, support, governance, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform while acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams., * Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, including user accounts, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and security controls. * Design, configure, and support Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as: + Flows + Validation Rules + Approval Processes + Record Types + Page Layouts + Custom Objects * Configure and maintain business processes while ensuring platform scalability and maintainability. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement * Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. * Translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions. * Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements-gathering meetings. * Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying opportunities to improve business processes and increase platform adoption. Reporting & Analytics * Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics. * Provide operational and executive-level reporting solutions. * Support data-driven decision-making through actionable insights.
