A+ and Network+ are recommended. + One or more years of related experience required. Must be familiar with Microsoft Active Directory and Windows operating systems. + Strong troubleshooting, analytic and diagnostic skills along with effective communication abilities. + Strong technical skills with PCs. + Ability to learn and support new applications. Ability to conceptualize technical problems via phone. + On-call availability. + Demonstrated emotional control under stress and keeping a positive attitude when dealing with customers. + Ability to interact courteously and tactfully with staff, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and the general public. + Must have a valid NYS driver's license. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. ## Description The Help Desk Technicians ensures the stable operation of the Episcopal SeniorLife Communities' end-user computers.
