This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and influence large-scale programs at the intersection of business transformation, compliance, and cybersecurity evolution. You will initially play a critical role in supporting a compliance assessment program focused on vital business systems. As the program evolves, you will help lead the next phase-advancing enterprise cybersecurity maturity, ensuring the organization is both resilient and future-ready. This is a full-time, hybrid contract role (4 days onsite in Davidson, NC and 1 remote day), with an expected duration of 12-18 months. You will collaborate closely with a high-caliber team within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, working alongside seasoned professionals to deliver impactful change. What You'll Do As a Change Management Lead, you will be the driving force behind successful transformation by focusing on the human side of change ensuring people are informed, prepared, and empowered.
