This role involves handling and prioritizing engineering efforts and ad-hoc operational tasks, while continuously improving quality and productivity through automation. A successful candidate will be an experienced manager ready to take on new challenges, with a strong focus on metrics and operational excellence, excellent recruiting and people-development skills, and the ability to lead multi-functional teams.
