This role leads a team of data analysts and BI developers to support clinical, revenue cycle, finance, and operational domains across the health system. The role will serve as a hands-on subject matter expert in Epic reporting tools including Radar, Cogito Workbench, Caboodle, and SlicerDicer, while driving best practices in data modeling and the SQL development. This role will also lead the design and development of SAP Business Objects and Power BI reporting development and support. This leader partners closely with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights that improve quality, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
