## About the Role

Do you have experience in Word embeddings?, * Experience in a food manufacturing QA role with working knowledge of HACCP and GMPs preferred

 * AA degree in a science-related field (preferred, not required)
 * Basic math skills and a keen eye for detail
 * Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs., standing, walking, bending, and climbing as needed
 * Ability to navigate between production floor and office tasks
 * Strong communication skills-written and verbal
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
 * A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and with cross-functional teams

## Description

As a key player in our quality assurance team, you'll be on the front lines of food safety and compliance. Responsibilities include:

 * Inspecting, sampling, testing, and weighing product to ensure it meets specifications
 * Receiving, testing, and releasing raw materials and finished products
 * Identifying non-compliant products and initiating hold procedures
 * Observing production processes and adjusting when necessary to maintain quality
 * Conducting allergen testing and monitoring critical control points (CCPs) daily
 * Performing and documenting pre-operation inspections and routine audits
 * Supporting customer, SQF, third-party, and internal audits
 * Reviewing product labels for accuracy and compliance
 * Upholding all GMP, HACCP, personal hygiene, and safety protocols
 * Pitching in on other QA tasks as assigned
