## Description

An IT Technician at Nimble is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems, networks, and technology equipment within an organization. They ensure that hardware, software, and network systems run efficiently and provide technical support to users.Responsibilities

 * Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
 * Provide technical support to employees or clients for IT-related issues.
 * Troubleshoot system, hardware, and software problems.
 * Set up and maintain user accounts, passwords, and permissions.
 * Monitor and maintain network performance and security.
 * Install updates, patches, and antivirus software.
 * Repair or replace faulty hardware components.
 * Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
 * Assist with data backup and recovery processes.
 * Train users on basic IT systems and security practices.
