Bonus Points: * Experience with other ISO/RTO markets (e.g., CAISO, ERCOT, WECC, SERC). * Proficiency with power system simulation tools: PowerWorld Simulator, ETAP, TSAT, or ASPEN OneLiner. * Working knowledge of scripting languages such as R or Python for data analysis and automation. ## Description As a Senior Engineer for Load Interconnection & Model Development you will play a critical role in expanding our energy infrastructure and integrating our large-load facilities into the electric grid. You will be a key individual contributor, focusing on the complex challenges of connecting and optimizing our operations within the MISO and SPP RTOs. This position requires deep technical expertise in power systems and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will navigate the regulatory and technical hurdles of load deliverability to ensure our data centers have the high-capacity, reliable power required for AI and high-performance computing. What You'll Be Working On: * Perform and support comprehensive grid integration studies for large-load facilities within MISO and PJM. * Manage transmission injection processes and perform load deliverability studies to ensure grid stability and capacity. * Strategize Points of Interconnection (POIs) based on evolving business needs and changing regulatory requirements. * Contribute to the technical development of the team, sharing expertise and best practices in grid integration and ISO/RTO navigation. * Work with internal teams to draft technical specifications and support Business Development on the technical aspects of project proposals. * Identify POIs that best suit our business development needs while staying ahead of grid code compliance and transmission topology changes. ## Related Videos - [JavaScript?
