Many of the systems supported by our team are critical to public safety and to our city's first responders. We collaborate closely with members of the Seattle Fire Department, Seattle Police Department, and the Community Assisted Response & Engagement (CARE) team to provide essential support to the systems they utilize daily. We rely on our ability to build strong relationships with our customers as well as other teams within Seattle IT and other parts of the city infrastructure. Excellent communications skills are necessary.
