Exposure to AI concepts or tools is preferred., * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field * 5+ years of software development experience * Strong experience in: + React JS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript + Java and RESTful API development + SQL and NoSQL databases * Understanding of Insurance, FinTech and Commissions management domains is preferred * Solid understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and system architecture ## Description The Commissions Platform team sits within the Finance Technology organization and is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise systems that support commission use cases from multiple channels, such as Partners, Geico and Independent agencies. Our platform enables accurate calculation, reporting and payment of commissions while ensuring compliance, audibility, and financial integrity.
