Instead of async messages and long delays, we work together live on Zoom while building. Think of it as a virtual office where you can ask questions, solve problems, and ship faster in real time. This role starts part-time (daily working sessions) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position if it's a strong fit on both sides.
