## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows support?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate degree or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

 * Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and administration concepts.
 * Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
 * Strong desire to learn new technologies and develop technical expertise.
 * Experience in a customer-facing role
 * The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
 * A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
 * Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
 * Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude

As a System Administrator, you will work alongside senior engineers and architects to support, implement, and maintain Microsoft solutions for our clients.
