## Description

As an Architect - Level 1, you will participate in architectural work across projects of moderate size and complexity, spanning education, residential, and mixed-use building types. You will bring technical precision and design ambition in equal measure, contributing to a collaborative team that never settles for good enough., * Independently perform architectural design assignments on projects of moderate size and complexity

 * Conduct analyses of design, planning, and occupancy studies; develop design layouts
 * Prepare project specifications, compiling and analyzing relevant data
 * Write reports, plans, cost estimates, and calculations
 * Collaborate actively with team members, bringing your full self and sharing sight on project direction
 * Research and record information in support of assigned project work
