## About the Role

Do you have experience in Systems & applications support?, * 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with AWS cloud services, including:

 * EC2
 * S3
 * DMS
 * CloudWatch
 * Lambda
 * 1-2 years of experience supporting Amazon Redshift environments.
 * Strong SQL troubleshooting and query analysis skills.
 * Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
 * Understanding of cloud monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes.
 * Experience with user access management and security best practices.
 * Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across infrastructure and data platforms.

## Description

* Manage and support AWS services including EC2, S3, DMS, CloudWatch, Lambda, and related cloud infrastructure components.
 * Monitor system performance, availability, and operational health across AWS environments.
 * Troubleshoot infrastructure, connectivity, and application-related issues within the AWS ecosystem.
 * Assist with cloud resource provisioning, maintenance, and optimization.
 * Perform day-to-day operational support and maintenance of Amazon Redshift clusters.
 * Monitor cluster performance, storage utilization, and query execution efficiency.
 * Support user management, permissions, and access control within Redshift environments.
 * Troubleshoot data platform issues and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve incidents.
 * Assist in performance tuning and operational best practices for Redshift environments.
 * Utilize CloudWatch and other monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve system issues.
 * Respond to operational alerts, incidents, and service requests in a timely manner.
 * Participate in 24x7 operational support and on-call rotations as needed.
 * Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and support runbooks.
 * Analyze and troubleshoot SQL queries, performance issues, and data-related incidents.
 * Develop and maintain basic scripts to automate operational tasks and monitoring activities.
 * Support data migration and integration processes utilizing AWS DMS and related services.
