Additional Skills Required: * Intermediate knowledge of complex mechanical/electrical model systems. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable components. * Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment, driving results and influencing change through collaboration. * Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. * Ability to manage by influence through solid relationships and process focus. ## Description A senior level engineer responsible for organizing and researching proposed product base lines, including product changes, releases, and obsolescence. In this role, you will serve as the Product Change Lead for a specific product line.
