* Setup, manage, and oversee all IT hardware and software aspects of On Site Personnel Group Inc
 * Assign information assets and resources to users
 * Oversee and validate data migration of cloud and software databases
 * Administer IT procurement of IT hardware and software
 * Follow up with software and IT vendors for M365, QuickBooks, RightWorks, Avionte, GreenShades, GoDaddy, ADP, Coupa
 * Negotiate pricing and leverage competition among vendors
 * Conduct cyber security risk mitigation and cyber security incident responses; develop and implement Information System Contingency Plan using NIST SP 800-34
 * Troubleshoot IT-related issues for all team members
 * Develop on-demand in-house data analytics and business intelligence solutions using Python and Power Query, transforming unstructured data into structured data
 * Convert data between different structures
 * Orient new team members and develop training material
 * Negotiate pricing and leverage competition among vendors
