## Description

Seeking a Security Operations Dispatcher / Security Command Center Specialist to support enterprise physical security operations within a large corporate environment. This role is responsible for monitoring the safety and security of employees, contractors, visitors, and facilities through a centralized security operations center., * Monitor enterprise security systems and facilities using multiple security platforms

 * Receive, assess, prioritize, and dispatch security incidents
 * Coordinate response efforts with Security Officers, leadership teams, and external emergency responders
 * Monitor access control systems, alarm systems, video surveillance platforms, and dispatch systems
 * Track incidents from initiation through resolution
 * Escalate critical security events to appropriate stakeholders
 * Document incidents and maintain accurate reporting records
 * Coordinate communications during security events and emergencies
 * Support business continuity and emergency response activities
 * Monitor intelligence sources and security alerts affecting employees, facilities, and operations
 * Provide real-time operational support within a Security Operations Center (SOC) or Global Security Operations Center (GSOC)
