This role will execute the full lifecycle of cybersecurity exercises, including planning, design, development, facilitation, and post-exercise evaluation. The individual will work across business and technology teams to strengthen cyber incident response capabilities, improve organizational resilience, and communicate lessons learned to executive leadership and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines cybersecurity operations knowledge with strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communication skills., * 4+ years of Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Cyber Resilience experience * Experience supporting incident response, cyber defense, security operations, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, penetration testing, business continuity, or related security disciplines * Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders * Strong communication and presentation skills * Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, exercises, or training programs * Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences * Experience developing reports, metrics, KPIs, and executive-level presentations Preferred Qualifications * Cyber Resilience experience * Incident Response experience * Incident Management System (IMS) experience * Cybersecurity tabletop exercise development and facilitation experience * Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery experience * Threat Intelligence or Threat Analysis experience * Security Operations Center (SOC) experience * Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms * Experience creating assessment exercises, simulations, or readiness programs * Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices * Experience working within large banking, financial services, insurance, or highly regulated environments, The ideal candidate is a cybersecurity professional with experience in cyber resilience, incident response preparedness, tabletop exercises, security strategy, or workforce development programs. They possess strong executive communication skills, can coordinate across large organizations, and are comfortable leading cybersecurity exercises designed to improve organizational readiness and resilience.
