The IT Program Analyst is responsible for decomposing complex business requirements into detailed use cases and technical specifications that developers can execute without ambiguity. This role partners closely with IT, engineering, operations, finance, and customer-facing teams to ensure technology initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
