## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
 * Experience working with data analysis, modeling, or statistical methods.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills., * Experience in reliability and maintainability analysis.
 * Background in predictive analytics or machine learning.
 * Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
 * Experience in data management technology (SQL) or data engineering.
 * Familiarity with vehicle systems or heavy equipment data.
 * Experience with tools such as Windchill Risk and Reliability or similar reliability software.
 * Programming experience for automation and data processing (Python, VBA, etc.).

## Description

* Apply analytical methods such as Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA).
 * Support lifecycle support planning through data modeling and insights.
 * Develop and maintain datasets, dashboards, and analytical tools to support decision-making.
 * Collaborate with engineering and maintenance development teams to translate data insights into actionable plans.
 * Recommend and support Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) strategies using data analysis.
 * Prepare and present analytical reports and visualizations for leadership and customers.
 * Continuously evaluate and implement new data tools, technologies, and methodologies.
