Deep React, TypeScript, and modern component-library development experience. Proven experience managing large, comprehensive design systems in Figma. Strong knowledge of Figma libraries, tokens, variants, and governance practices. Experience scaling design systems used by multiple product teams. Practical experience with ShadCN, Radix, Tailwind, or comparable UI primitives. Ability to translate design standards into maintainable production components. Strong accessibility judgment across components, patterns, and workflows. Clear communication with engineers, designers, product leads, and senior stakeholders. Comfort setting standards without slowing delivery or team autonomy., Capital-markets, trading, risk, or data-dense enterprise UI experience. Familiarity with real-time grids, charts, blotters, and workflow-heavy applications. Experience with monorepos, shared packages, build tooling, and developer platforms. Exposure to desktop interoperability, FDC3, OpenFin, Tauri, or WebView2. Experience using AI-assisted tools to accelerate design-system or UI delivery. Background supporting globally distributed product and engineering teams. ## Description The Lead UX Engineer on the Enterprise UX team will support firmwide UX governance and co-lead our internal design system, ShadCN-based UI libraries, and UI standards across the applications that power investment, operations, and corporate workflows. This hands-on role is centered on improving usability, enforcing consistent patterns, increasing component reuse, and advancing accessibility across a broad internal product ecosystem. The ideal candidate has managed complex Figma design systems and works effectively across design, engineering, and product teams., Lead firmwide UX governance with practical standards, reviews, and adoption guidance. Co-own the internal design system with design, engineering, and platform partners. Co-govern ShadCN UI asset libraries, React patterns, and component usage. Maintain Figma standards for tokens, variants, components, and documentation. Translate Figma patterns into production-ready React and TypeScript components. Partner with application teams to improve UI consistency across internal products. Review high-impact workflows for usability, accessibility, and implementation quality. Define guidance for design tokens, theming, interaction states, and layouts. Support adoption through documentation, examples, and team enablement sessions. Stay hands-on through code review, prototyping, and technical design discussions. Raise the quality bar for reusable UI, front-end architecture, and developer experience., Firmwide UX standards, governance rituals, and adoption playbooks.
