## Description

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to help design and build next-generation digital asset and wealth management platforms. You will work on high-impact systems that support tokenized markets, always-on trading environments, and AI-driven financial solutions.

This role sits within a fast-paced Agile team focused on delivering scalable, resilient, cloud-native applications supporting digital currency initiatives.
What You'll Do

 * Lead the design and development of large-scale, distributed systems and APIs
 * Build and maintain RESTful services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot
 * Drive best practices across software engineering, architecture, and code quality
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end digital solutions
 * Develop, test, and deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines and GitHub workflows
 * Contribute to cloud-native deployments using Kubernetes (on-prem and/or public cloud)
 * Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across initiatives
 * Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and production support readiness
 * Leverage AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve productivity
