If you want to learn a real craft and grow into running a manufacturing operation, we want to talk to you. ## Description The Role We're looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to learn our systems, processes, and product line from the ground up. You'll work directly alongside our senior operations leader - who has decades of experience in water treatment manufacturing - learning both the physical craft of building complex water systems and the operational side of running a specialty manufacturing business. This is a deliberate apprenticeship into operations leadership. If you want to eventually run a manufacturing operation, this is how you start.
