## About the Role

Do you have experience in Employee relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering?, * Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering required

 * 2-5 years of experience working with an engineering consulting firm; required
 * Experience in transportation roadway design; required
 * Experience working with State DOT projects is a Plus
 * Software experience: required
 + Working with Microstation
 + Autocad and other additional cad platforms
 + Civil 3D
 * Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
 * All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171

## Description

 * Learn and apply established principles and practices of civil engineering
 * Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the performance of duties and to work as a team
 * Design and preparation of documents for:
 + Minor and major roadway
 + Sidewalks
 + Shoulder improvements
 + Drainage design projects
 * Duties include assisting a project manager with tasks associated with:
 + Plan preparation
 + Cost estimates
 + Report writing
 + Client coordination
 + Permitting
