## About the Role

Do you have experience in Tooling?, * 3-7 years of DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure engineering experience

 * Hands-on experience with Azure (compute, networking, storage, IAM) and exposure to AWS.
 * Proficiency building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)
 * Strong experience writing and managing Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tooling
 * Familiarity with SOC 2 Type 2 and/or HITRUST compliance frameworks
 * Strong communication skills and work ethic
 * Comfort working across security, engineering, and operations functions
 * Familiarity with .NET Core and React/Typescript a plus

## Description

* Own and continuously improve our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.
 * Write, manage, and maintain Terraform scripts to provision and manage cloud infrastructure in Azure.
 * Partner with engineering and compliance teams to uphold our SOC 2 Type 2 and HITRUST compliance requirements - including documentation, evidence collection, and control implementation.
 * Monitor system health, respond to incidents, and improve platform reliability and observability.
 * Establish and enforce DevOps best practices across the team.
 * Mentor engineers on infrastructure and deployment workflows.
