Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

 * 3-5+ years of network administration or engineering experience
 * Experience supporting Cisco routing and switching environments
 * Strong knowledge of VLANs, STP, QoS, OSPF, EIGRP, ACLs, NAT/PAT, and VPN technologies
 * Understanding of DNS, DHCP, network monitoring tools, and authentication services
 * Experience with cloud networking and hybrid environments preferred
 * CCNA strongly preferred; CCNP or equivalent is a plus
 * Exposure to enterprise voice/unified communications systems is a plus

## Description

* Administer and support LAN, WAN, wireless, and VPN environments
 * Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network performance and connectivity issues
 * Implement network changes following established change management processes
 * Support network security technologies, including firewalls, access controls, and VPNs
 * Assist with hardware upgrades, infrastructure projects, and cloud connectivity
 * Maintain network documentation and operational procedures
 * Collaborate with vendors and service providers as needed
 * Participate in on-call support rotations
