 * Experience with inspections, audits, and quality documentation
 * Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is a plus

## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate to support quality systems, inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring products meet customer, regulatory, and quality standards while supporting operational excellence., * Manage customer complaint records from intake through resolution

 * Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections
 * Conduct audits to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
 * Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records
 * Support ISO-based quality management systems and audit activities
