## Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing English and Spanish speaking client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering strong client relationships in the financial services industry., * Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions

 * Provide top-notch customer service to clients
 * Manage client accounts efficiently and effectively
 * Communicate with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly
 * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track client interactions and account details
 * Collaborate with the sales team to support client retention and growth
 * Assist in marketing efforts to promote products or services
