Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience with HRIS implementation or migration projects. * Experience working with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendor implementation teams. * Familiarity with HR data structures, employee records, job data, compensation data, benefits data, or payroll-related data. * Experience supporting system testing, user acceptance testing, or cutover planning. * Experience maintaining project plans, issue logs, risk logs, and readiness trackers. * Familiarity with data cleanup and data conversion activities. ## Description Accentuate Staffing has an immediate opportunity for a fully remote Contract HRIS Implementation & Data Specialist that will provide temporary support to the Human Resources department during HRIS implementation, integration, testing, cutover planning, and data cleanup activities. This role will help manage the coordination-heavy and detail-driven components of implementation so HR leaders and staff can remain focused on HR operations, decision-making, and subject matter expertise. The candidate MUST live in North Carolina.
