## About the Role

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

 * 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment
 * Experience in Homeowner's P&C insurance industry
 * Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy and Billing platforms
 * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
 * Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Aha!, or similar platforms
 * Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

## Description

* Translate business needs into clear product requirements and maintain a prioritized product backlog
 * Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned to strategic goals
 * Partner with development and business teams to drive Agile sprint planning and delivery
 * Monitor product progress, deliver status updates, and lead sprint reviews and retrospectives
 * Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful product releases
 * Serve as a product subject matter expert and drive continuous product improvement
