## About the Role

Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

 * Prior experience with Business Central, ServiceNow, Zoho CRM, Power BI and Paycom is a plus.
 * 12+ years of experience in IT operations.
 * Prior experience managing and developing technical teams is a plus.
 * Experience with CMMC or government compliance is a plus.
 * Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, databases, telecommunications, and enterprise systems.
 * Proven experience managing ERP implementations, vendor relationships, budgets, and complex technology projects.

## Description

* Develop and execute the organization's technology strategy to support business objectives and long-term growth.
 * Lead the design, implementation, maintenance, and administration of enterprise infrastructure, cloud systems, networks, and software platforms.
 * Oversee cybersecurity initiatives, business continuity planning, compliance efforts, and security audits.
 * Manage ERP deployment, ecommerce operations, technology integrations, vendor partnerships, and IT budgets.
 * Direct daily IT operations, establish performance metrics, lead technical teams, and manage projects using Agile and traditional methodologies.
