Preferred Qualifications: · Experience supporting federal government, USPS, Department of Defense, and other public-sector projects. · Experience utilizing Ekahau or similar wireless survey platforms. · Experience with network security best practices and secure network architecture. · Experience supporting large-scale network refresh or migration projects. · Additional industry certifications such as CCNA,CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS, CWNA, or equivalent are a plus. Physical Requirements: The position may require climbing ladders, lifting equipment up to 50 pounds, working in telecommunications rooms, data centers, and active construction environments, and standing or walking for extended periods during surveys and installations. ## Description Tri State is seeking a motivated and experienced Network Engineer / Network Implementation Specialist to support a growing portfolio of federal, commercial, and enterprise network infrastructure projects throughout the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for network design, implementation, programming, troubleshooting, wireless surveys, and infrastructure assessments involving Cisco, Juniper, and Meraki networking solutions., The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, configuring, deploying, and supporting wired and wireless network infrastructure solutions. Duties include conducting site surveys, developing network topologies, programming switches and network devices, supporting wireless access point (WAP) deployments, and providing technical support during implementation and commissioning activities.
