In this role, you will source and analyze critical data, establish key business metrics, and deliver meaningful reporting and insights to business partners. The Team This role plays a key part on the MMFA Strategic Reporting & Analytics team, which provides reporting and analytics support for MassMutual's Financial Advisor distribution channel. The team serves as the business owner for many shared reports within the enterprise reporting platform and partners closely with technology, national sales, marketing, finance, and wealth business teams. While each team member has defined areas of responsibility, collaboration across projects is central to how we work. Together, we deliver critical data, reporting, and analytics capabilities that support our Insurance, Annuity, Investment Solutions, and Wealth Management business lines.
