We are open to hiring a recent graduate or entry level data analytics professional (2-3 years professional experience preferred) with the right mix of skills, experience with physical data modeling, good interpersonal skills as well as open-mindedness, and a background in a STEM discipline. This is a growth role that is designed to support the organization's short, medium, and long-term goals. For the ideal candidate, the responsibilities included reflect opportunities for development over a multi-year period, through both the technical and non-technical layers., * Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science or related field. * 2+ years of professional experience in data modeling, visualization, and analysis. * Proficient in use of data analytic tools, programming languages, and software (Python, R, PyCharm, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Excel, Google Analytics). * Proficient in database programming and software installation. * Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. * Attention to detail and ability to simultaneously work through multiple work priorities. * Proactive self-starter with effective time management. * Capable and adaptable to working in different settings (in-office, remote, hybrid). * Exceptional organization skills, reliable and timely. * Considerate, empathetic, and respectful of other's perspectives. * Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English * Reliable form of transportation to work.
