Leadership & Soft Skills * Proven experience as an QE Lead mentoring teams and driving QE initiatives. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, global delivery model. * Strong ownership mindset and focus on quality excellence. ## Description We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QE Practice Lead with automation experience (nice to have) to join our team as our onshore Practice Lead. This role will drive testing strategy, automation adoption, and quality governance while supporting the consolidation of knowledge and capabilities from incumbent vendors.
