The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience in litigation recovery, possess a strong understanding of collections and creditors' rights, and demonstrate the ability to drive firm performance through analysis, communication, and strategic action planning. This individual will be responsible for managing law firms with open inventory, ensuring compliance, maximizing recoveries, and improving operational efficiencies across the legal network.
