Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

 * Experience in implementation, preferably in software or startup environments.
 * Basic understanding of AI technologies and their applications in the FinTech industry.
 * Technical skills in SQL, Node.js, and React are vital
 * Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
 * Problem-solving aptitude and a customer-centric mindset.
 * Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
 * Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.

## Description

Worth AI is seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Implementation Engineer / Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful deployment of our innovative AI technology within the FinTech sector while also supporting the post-sales process.

In this position, you will manage the implementation process and coordinate cross-functional teams to effectively meet our clients' needs. Working closely with sales, customer success, and technical teams, you will develop tailored project plans, assist in showcasing our solutions, and ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.

Responsibilities

 * Lead the implementation process for newly acquired clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
 * Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical insights during the post sales phase.
 * Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
 * Create and deliver technical product demonstrations tailored to specific business needs.
 * Coordinate with internal teams to address technical questions and provide necessary support throughout the implementation process.
 * Conduct customer training sessions and develop support materials to facilitate the adoption of our solutions.
 * Gather customer feedback post-implementation and relay it to the product development team for ongoing enhancements.
 * Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements in FinTech and AI to inform project strategies.
 * Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to identify upsell opportunities, pinpoint training gaps, and create materials for client support.
