What You'll Do * Deliver training to end users through a variety of formats, including one-on-one sessions, webinars, classroom instruction, and recorded materials. * Provide end-user support for software applications by responding to questions, troubleshooting issues and resolving requests in a timely and professional manner for external customers, departmental staff and other Farm Bureau personnel. * Develop and maintain user documentation, including job aids, process guides, FAQs, and how-to-videos, to support consistent and effective system usage. * Support onboarding and ongoing user training, ensuring users can effectively navigate and utilize system tools, processes, and enhancements through clear instructions and guided learning. * Create and update training materials in alignment with system enhancements, releases, and changes to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effective knowledge transfer. * Monitor and manage support requests (tickets), ensuring issues are tracked, resolved, and appropriately communicated to stakeholders and users with clarity and professionalism. * Identify recurring issues or training gaps and proactively deliver targeted training or solutions to improve user adoption and reduce support volume. ## Related Videos - [You’re a great coder?
