## About the Role

Do you have experience in Tooling?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree in statistics?, * Experience: 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or a heavily data-driven role.

 * Technical Skills:
 + Proficiency in SQL and MSSQL (Core)
 + Working knowledge of Microsoft SSRS
 + Experience with scripting languages for automation (Python, R, or PowerShell)
 + Familiarity with C# and programmatic document/PDF generation is a strong plus
 + Advanced proficiency in Excel and general report generation
 * Core Competencies:
 + Analytical Mindset: Strong critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills.
 + Data Management: Exceptional attention to detail when collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets.
 + Execution: Ability to follow established security/data procedures while successfully prioritizing competing tasks., * Industry experience in the recreational vehicle, motorcycle, heavy equipment, and/or commercial truck sectors.
 * Education: Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics).

## Description

* Report Generation: Perform all necessary collection of requirements, design, development, testing, and delivery for customer reports.
 * Data Analytics & Delivery: Understand, develop, and deliver intuitive, high-quality reports that meet specific requirements requested by clientele through our customer experience team.
 * Requirement Gathering: Actively collaborate with internal teams to clarify customer data and report requests, ensuring accurate data delivery and optimal report structuring.
 * Software Development (Scripting & Tooling): Support and develop internal tooling and scripts to automate the development, testing, and deployment of custom client reports.
 * Troubleshooting: Investigate, root-cause, and resolve reporting errors or missing data.
