You will be the single point of accountability for delivery quality, stakeholder alignment, and team performance across every phase of the project lifecycle., Project Delivery and Lifecycle Management Lead the full project lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and delivery roadmaps that keep every workstream on track and within scope. Stakeholder and Client Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, executive sponsors, and technical teams. Facilitate regular project reviews, status updates, and steering committee meetings. Translate technical progress into clear business-relevant communication for non-technical audiences. Agile and Hybrid Delivery Execution Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives within Agile and Scrum frameworks. Apply Waterfall or hybrid methodologies where project governance or Federal compliance requirements demand structured stage-gate delivery. Risk, Scope, and Budget Governance Proactively identify, log, and mitigate project risks and issues. Manage scope change through formal change control processes. Monitor project financials and resource allocation to ensure delivery remains within approved budgets and timelines. Team Leadership and Coordination Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams comprising Salesforce developers, business analysts, QA engineers, integration specialists, and client-side stakeholders.
