## Description

We are seeking an experienced CRM & Telephony Systems Specialist to manage, optimize, and support our customer relationship management (CRM) platform and phone systems. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication operations, maintaining system performance, supporting users, and implementing process improvements that enhance productivity and customer experience., * Manage and maintain CRM and telephony systems.

 * Configure users, permissions, workflows, call routing, and automation.
 * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
 * Support call center operations by optimizing phone system functionality.
 * Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
 * Integrate CRM platforms with phone systems and third-party applications.
 * Train employees on CRM and telephony best practices.
 * Work closely with management to identify opportunities for process improvement.
 * Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance standards are maintained.
 * Coordinate with vendors and technical support teams when necessary.
